Who?

I’m Tom.

I live in Trier, Germany. A fact that explains a lot but shouldn’t be used as an excuse for anything.

I have a degree in CanLit, Media Studies and Teaching German as a Second Language (GSL) from Trier University.

I have spent most of my adult life writing, texting, talking – for several media in different countries and as „press guy“ for a German pro sports team – they fired me and then took me back on actually better terms. And then they went bankrupt. Sometimes it goes like that. Currently I work as an online editor in Luxemburg.

And yet I do not consider myself a writer, cause just a pen in your pocket doesn’t make you one, to loosely quote the great Paul Weller.

This blog has been on hiatus for quite a while. Now Im back.
